Operating in Bangladesh, Pharmaship provides easy access to life-saving drugs. We procure inventory, manage warehousing, and handle every aspect of the process from distribution and next-day delivery to HR, finance, and accounting.
Technical Role: As the founder, I architected and wrote the entire codebase from scratch. This includes the backend API, automated deployment pipelines, a client-facing Flutter mobile application, and a comprehensive admin portal web app.
Impact & Scale: We have successfully completed over 20,000 orders and scaled the platform to more than 2,000 pharmacies, currently processing around $9,000 CAD daily. To support this operation, we employ a dedicated team of 30 people spanning warehouse management, delivery operations, field sales, and telesales.
